Refund Policy

We always strive to deliver perfect, correct, and original products.
However, if any issue occurs, return or exchange is applicable under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange / Refund

  • If the wrong product is delivered

  • If the product is broken or damaged

  • Product must be checked in front of the delivery rider

In such cases, immediate exchange will be arranged.
Refund will be provided if exchange is not possible.

Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

  • If the product is not checked in front of the rider

  • Damage caused by customer misuse

  • Issues reported after the product has been used

  • Product returned without box or tags

Advance Payment Refund

  • Refund will be processed after product inspection

  • Refund will be sent via mobile banking or bank transfer
